Good recovery by Murray , was ruthless when Raonic showed weakness.
Cool night in Melbourne against a big serving player so many short points.
No problem to back up on Sunday.
If anything I'd expect Djokovic would be more worried at having his rhyhm disrupted by not playing every second day.
Djokovic the obvious favourite but Murray can beat him. As he has before in finals.

Yeah he has- Basically because he's always the second or third seed and therefore in the bottom half of the draw.
Just bad luck I guess.
Maybe he'd have more chance of beating Djokovic if he got him in the semi finals as the number 4 seed on equal rest- although I think he lost to him lat time that happened in the French open semis...

They do it for TV purposes- instead of one lunchtime match and one primetime match, then can have two in primetime.
Good for ratings and ad revenue, but very unfair on whoever is in the second semi final.

Only the Aussies and possibly the Irish can be dense enough to give 1 player an extra 24 hour turn around rest ahead of a grand slam final that has been contested over a 2 week period
Enjoy your block winners year in year out. Djoko has at least 5 more of these to go before the next winner comes along and goes on to win it 7/8 times in a row as will the bloke who succeeds him

Cheers! Actually i just read up on it. Found a slightly different story.
According to his trainer, he got a rash after an allergic reaction to some massage cream and was advised to keep his arm out of the sun for a week. Has worn it ever since then.
